At Uni Lifestyle, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our Uni Heatpad and offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your order doesn't meet expectations, we're here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

1. Return Request must be initiated and the item shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including:
   • The Uni Heatpad
   • Custom Charger & Cord Wrap
   • Protective Zip Bag
   • Instruction Manual
   • Any Included Extras (e.g., packaging inserts or accessories)
3. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible unless faulty.

Please note: Original shipping charges (including international shipping and import taxes) are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

📸 Photo Review Required

To help us assess the return, we require clear photos of the item and all included packaging before you send it back. This helps us confirm the condition and ensure a smooth refund process.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different unit? Simply return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned without their full original packaging
• Custom-packaged goods (e.g., gift wrapping or promotional packaging)
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at checkout

🚚 How to Start a Return

1. Email our support team at unilifestyle.ca@gmail.com with:
   • Your Order Number
   • The Shipping Address used for the order
   • Photos of the item and packaging
2. If the return is approved, we will send you a Return Instructions Email and shipping label (where applicable).
3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔍 Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. We may request photo evidence for verification.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You'll be notified whether your refund is approved or declined.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
